Emotional regulation is a skill I really wished I had learned sooner in life. Instead of utilizing my emotions as a fuel for productivity, I now tap into my moods like a metronome.
The metronome tells me when to slow down, speed up, turn left, and suddenly… I’m now back into tune with the rhythm of my environment and the highest level of creative productivity.
